After submitting your resume you
will receive an email with
onboarding instructions
and everything you need to know
about work from home opportunities
and registering for your Ten30 agent access.
Basic requirements: 18 years or older, pass background check, start work within 14 days, compatible laptop/desktop, and headset.
Once you have registered you
will complete an assessment.
Upon passing you will gain
access to all opportunities.
You will then select desired client,
complete background check,
as well as their program
to become a Ten30 certified
customer support professional.
Training
Train and earn!!
You will simply select the client
you want to work for
and training date.
Once you complete the training,
you will be able to select
your hours and start working in the
comfort of your own home.

Agent role.
As an agent you are a 1099 Independent Customer Service Provider. You are your own boss! No state or federal tax withholdings. You are responsible for all fees associated with your position such as $30 background check fee, equipment, and a $49 agent fee every bi-weekly pay period. No medical or health benefits provided.
Also, as an Independent Contractor you have FULL control on what days, time (morning, afternoon, evening), and how long you would like to work.
All clients require you to service a minimum of 15 hours weekly to maintain your position.
Hourly pay ranges from $10-$22 per hour which is based on the client you choose to service.
